Across California, utilities are working to make it harder and more expensive for Californians to choose solar energy. They are working to end net metering, charge solar taxes and other penalties for having solar panels, and even take control of your panels and the electricity they generate.

We envision a California in which millions of everyday people and communities including homeowners, renters, farmers, and schools can benefit from the freedom of rooftop solar energy.
