Tell SMUD: electricity rates should encourage solar and energy efficiency
To the SMUD Board of Directors:
“SMUD should set its rates in a way that encourages customers to use less energy and make more of their own solar energy.
This rewards customers for behavior that reduces SMUD’s long term operating costs, increases the amount of clean energy our community is making and improves the self-sufficiency of our entire region.”
