The RDF uses bad math to justify billions of dollars in unnecessary grid spending, while dismissing rooftop solar and batteries. That’s good for SDG&E’s profits and bad for the public interest.
Please start over, using new consultants that do not have conflicts of interest with SDG&E. Thank you.”
