Tell your lawmakers: Please pass a Solar Bill of Rights

“I am writing to respectfully ask that you pass a Solar Bill of Rights that stops utilities from charging discriminatory fees on solar users.
Discriminatory solar fees discourage people from choosing solar. I believe we should encourage people to make their own energy at home or at work, not discourage them.
