California law is intended to promote rooftop solar on multi-unit residential buildings with shared roofs and carports.
Unfortunately, it can still be complicated for multi-unit dwellers and installers to go solar. Since over 30% of residential units in California are multi-unit, helping these Californians go solar is incredibly important to overall solar adoption in California.
